All event companies and/or purchasers and/or ticket holders and/or agents shall comply with the following terms and conditions:
- The theatre management shall reserve the right to accept or refuse admission to any person who is late for the show or whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming or whose tickets have been tempered with, duplicated, or damaged without making any refund or compensation to the ticket holder and/or purchaser and/or event company and/or agent.
- Tickets sold by the event company are strictly non-refundable but exchangeable for another time slot of the same show for ONE TIME ONLY subject to availability and at the sold discretion of the theatre management subject further to a payment of RM5.00 as administrative fee.
- The theatre management shall reserve the right to postpone, cancel, reschedule or stop the show in the event of any unforeseen circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of the theatre managements.
- The event company and/or theater management shall reserve the right to add, withdraw, substitute any artists or change any programs and event timetable, seating arrangement and audience capacity without any prior notice.
- Food and beverages, smoking, photography, audio and video recording are strictly prohibited within the theatre compound unless otherwise permitted by the theatre management.
- The theatre management shall not be responsible for any accident, loss of belongings, death, personal injury loss or damage which might occur within the theatre compound.
- The theater management shall reserve the right to add, change and amend any of the above terms and conditions without any prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of the theatre management shall be final and conclusive. Any further complaints will be not be entertained.
