REFUNDS

DPAC permits the return or exchange of purchased ticket, which must be in good condition, for a full refund if they were incorrectly issued or due to unforeseen error by our establishment, without prejudice. Soiled, damaged, lost or stolen tickets are not replaceable. Returns for any other reasons except the above-mentioned will not be entertained.

However, ticket may be exchanged for a different schedule of the same show depending on the availability at least 24 hours prior to the performance. An administrative fee of MYR 5.00 per ticket will be charged.

TICKET PURCHASING

Simply click on the “Buy Ticket” button for the event that you are interested in and follow the prompt provided. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox upon successful payment. We accept Internet Banking, VISA and Mastercard. Kindly present the email to the box office officer to redeem your ticket.

CURRENT OPENING HOURS

Online booking services is available at all times for your convenience. However, if you prefer to speak with a member of our box office team, you may visit or call us between 11:00am to 6:00pm on weekdays, or two hours before the show on weekends.

For instance, if the show is scheduled at 8pm on a Saturday, the box office will open at 6pm.
